4 medals was approved by the Prime Minister (3 for Georges Blanchard (AAT founder and director of AAT Vietnam) and 1 for Mr Cao Minh Quyen, (former AAT project director).
The first medal: 2007
Attributed to Georges Blanchard for his contribution to the development of Vietnam, particularly in the areas of law and the rights of children permitting to ensure their protection.
Medal requested for Georges Blanchard by the Ministry of Demography, the Family and of the Children Protection.
The second medal: 2010
Attributed to Georges Blanchard for his contribution to the development of Vietnam, particularly in the areas of law and the rights of women permitting to ensure their protection.
Medal requested for Georges Blanchard by the National Women Union.
The thirst medal: 2013
Attributed to Georges Blanchard for his contribution to the Peace and friendship among nation. Medal requested for Georges Blanchard by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (VUFO).
The medal of Cao Minh Quyen, former AAT project director: 2010
Attributed to Cao Minh Quyen for his contribution to the development of Vietnam, particularly in the areas of law and the rights of women permitting to ensure their protection.
Medal requested for Cao Minh Quyen by the National Women Union.
Medals can be attributed after more than 10 years of action on the area. The contribution of the laureate must be officially recognized by the Vietnamese Government and its actions must have impacted the development of the country. Laureates are proposed by Ministries and must be approved by the Prime Minister.
