Attributed to Cao Minh Quyen for his contribution to the development of Vietnam, particularly in the areas of law and the rights of women permitting to ensure their protection.
Medal requested for Cao Minh Quyen by the National Women Union.<\/p>

Medals can be attributed after more than 10 years of action on the area. The contribution of the laureate must be officially recognized by the Vietnamese Government and its actions must have impacted the development of the country.
