Since March 2023, RMIT Bachelor of Design (Digital Media) students from Episodic Animation have partnered with\u00a0 Alliance Anti- Trafic Viet Nam (AAT VN) to produce pilot animations for shows, potential program to raise awareness on possible topics such as: prevention of sexual exploitation & sexual abuse, prevention of school violence, education & reproductive health, human trafficking, etc.)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\"\u2728\"<\/span>It all starts when the 4 people namely: Han, Uyen, Nhan, and Nhi meet together, then an episodic animation Daisy was born. In 3 months period that costs a lot of sanity, they went through many stages, such as concept development, character design, storyboarding, animating, coloring, etc. With a peak at a few images below, you will have a closer look at their process to produce Daisy.<\/div>

“How do YOU feel?\u201d by Khanh Bui<\/div><\/div>
\"\ud83e\udd14\"<\/span>Synopsis: “How do YOU feel?” is about a poor Vietnam girl looking for a job to take care of her sister. But having been deceived by promises for money, she became a victim of human traf\ufb01cking. She was forced to work in a strange place as a prostitute. She met a friend that remind her of her sister. They plan for an escape together. But her friend dies because of overwork. She escapes alone by their plan. After getting out, she calls for a rescuer. with the help of everyone, she was able to move on.<\/div>
Series idea: The idea is to focus on the emotion of the victims of human traf\ufb01cking and make the viewer feels their experience to prevent this underlying sexual issue. There will be five episodes that match with \ufb01ve stages of emotions of the victim {1. Happy, 2. Scared, 3. Stressed, 4. Brave, S. Relieved).<\/div>
\"\ud83c\udfa5\"<\/span>Pilot idea: The pilot is episode 5- Relieved, of the series “How do YOU feel?”. \u00a0What’s behind the wheels? <\/b>We (Phu, Nam, Anh) developed a superhero story for one reason: to sell merchand- no no, to inspire children and teach them valuable lessons. Initially, the hero was a teenage girl, but Nam suggested a burly cyclo driver and we love the irony so we rolled with it.\u00a0 <\/span>As you can see, this project has a lot that goes into it, such as character design, storyboard, background, and props! Everything was done with tons of love and laughter.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>

\"\ud83d\udcdf\" The making of The Resilient Coconut village.<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

\u201cHaving witnessed many human trafficking cases in the western provinces of Vietnam through TV, newspaper, and through stories circulated in my neighborhood when I was a kid, <\/span>I was very angry and discontented at the problem. I dreamed to raise my little voices about this alarming problem when I grow up. That was how I came up with this animation video, to spread information about human trafficking.\u201d Said Vy Tran, the leader of the project.\u00a0<\/span>The project takes three months to complete, with hundreds of hours at work, from ideation to practice, with lots of versions. Jin created Forget me nots with a desire of eliminating all kinds of child abuse. Delivering depression, creepiness, and disgust of the child harasment was the main goal for him. He focused on developing experimental animation by use of texture, movement, colors and lighting.<\/span><\/p>
